Theme: Customizable Navigation

Need to have customizable navigation built into the theme and use it consistently on all page templates.
See custom nav theme config in Omeka --> /application/views/scripts/functions.php
Should default to: Home, Locations, Tours, About.
Navigation is now standardized across page templates using custom function mh_global_nav($context).
