Version in Python module wrong

The version set in the Python module seems wrong (very outdated).
Can you clarify what you mean? If you mean 1.4.0 in https://github.com/CNugteren/CLBlast/blob/master/src/pyclblast/pyproject.toml#L7, that refers to the version of the Python bindings, not the version of CLBlast itself.
