Black side bars on the unity by using webcam

When I use the webcam on the unity, all the different webcam has black side bar on both sides.
Is there any solution?

I found that the two Logitech webcams I used had this problem,
but another two webcams were fine. (one is kinect and one is other brand)
I thought that webcams are usually for 4:3 aspect ratio.
Moreover, It work fine on sports camera.
