cmake doesn't currently install it.
I imagine the destination will vary with the distribution.
makefile is for bsd, perhaps you could write a PR for that.
GNUmakefile tries to satisfy all linux distros, which could be tricky.
Then there is the cmake system, in which I am not well versed.

We use CMakeLists.txt on FreeBSD now.
You could install it depending on OS. On BSDs it is always man/man1.
There are many examples of cmake files online. Should be easy to find an example installing manpages.
usersguide.html is also not installed; but referenced by the man page. Please stand by.

Ok, installs man and users guide here on linux, it ought to work on bsd too, unless I'm missing something.
