Functionality to configure this via start parameters was wiped unintentionally by #55.

Start behaviour should be split into:

if autoexec file is present, discard SRCDS_RCONPW & SRCDS_PW
if autoexec file is missing (default), use SRCDS_RCONPW & SRCDS_PW
