About some renaming of functions

I believe we agreed to place 'GGM' at the end of function names.
For example:

• GGMpathStats would become pathStatsGGM

However, I believe I like the GGM in the front though.
That way there are collected consecutively in the manual.
In some sense, that gives a good overview of this collection of functions in the manual.

Anders, what do you think?
I believe I forgot the reason why we would move the 'GGM' part to the end.

I don't recall why. But the sorting is a good reason not doing it, so I guess I'm in favour of that.
