I've got that error. Tried everything, can't solve it.
Storage node is offline
that issue is only with 2 of my accounts

I moved to another VPS hosting, and maybe didn't stop that nodes before deleting servers
That's why I couldn't start bucket from another VPS
That only guess I have
I created two new CESS wallets and started nodes easily
