No documentation for NOTIF_SERVER_CERT_PATH and NOTIF_SERVER_PRIVKEY_PATH

Autoconf insists on some values for --with-cert-path and --with-private-key-path options, but they are not documented anywhere. Are these for TLS protection of the websocket? Or are they somehow used for NETCONF operations?
