Get Izchel set up in CDRH & Family Letters

Just making an issue to get Izchel set up for their work over the summer. Please refer to this checklist during the first few weeks in June

• Set up on Oxygen (Laura/Sarita)
• Set up on Github (Sarita)
• Get a spreadsheet going for Metadata (Laura)
• Get set up on Slack (Sarita)
• Get Family Letters set up locally on their machine (Sarita)
• Have Izchel watch videos from DESI
• Set up on Vidgrid
• Take picture, add bio to CDRH site (Sarita/Andy P)
• Set weekly-ish meetings on Thurs or Fri with Isabel
