Remove right side bar

The right side bar does not have enough content to justify having it. So we should do the following:

• Move the buttons inside it to the empty box in the top left corner
• Label the top left box as "Tools"
• Add text to each button that describes their function as well as having the icon
• Move all html from from the wrapper component into the child component
