Changing the sensors to use augments instead of adding a separate block for each one

Currently there is a separate block for each Remote Comparator, Energy Reader, Fluid Reader and Item Reader.

• All but the Remote Comparator will disappear again and instead certain items can be attached on the Comparator to "tune" it for more precise analysis of certain block properties.

The great plus of this approach is that it makes adding more sensor types for different mod's devices much easier both on my and potentially even their side.
