Report on service units within xdmod

We will need to report on service units within xdmod in order to achieve parity with how we are doing invoicing.
The report will have to be dependent on the xdmod resource as the number of service units for VMs is calculated differently than the number of service units for pods.
There is an open ticket with xdmod on this (https://help.xdmod.org/support/tickets/33398).
will get an outline for a custom report and for custom data to be reported.
