Bitrotten docstrings in client lib.

This is a small enough thing that I'm half tempted to just fix it now, but don't want to get side-tracked so am recording it instead: some of the docstrings in hil/client/base.py are out of date. At least the __init__ on ClientBase references parameters it no longer has.
