Wrong Time Shown In GSoC'23 Ideas Page For Office Hours

The Issue
- Wrong time in IST and CET is shown in the for the office-time hours
- According to PDT it is 8:30 AM as shown in the picture which is 10:00 PM according to IST(Indian Standard Time) and 17:30 for CET But it is shown as 9:00 PM for India and 16:30 for CET.
