[PROPOSAL/BUG] Add button to access logfile even when build partially succeded

If you look at the test progress, you can see, it failed to build using cmake, however no button/link appears to view the logfile.
Fix:
Add a button to see the logfile all the time as you never know why someone would want to look at it. It's not because everything was built that the logfile is useless
