instillation error

when i install it and run StartBark.bat it says fairseq I am on Windows 10 and also when i install it only gets half way through and sits at: Downloading text suno/bark remote model file https://huggingface.co/suno/bark/resolve/main/text_2.pt text_2.pt to ./models
when i went to https://huggingface.co/suno/bark/resolve/main/text_2.pt it said file not found i used the instillation instead of manual
