Build issue: Prebuilts break on systems which don't have python installed

The title explains. I mean, the whole reason the build process is even there is so you don't have to have python installed to run Vitrix.
seems to be down to the menu.py launching the singleplayer or multiplayer file using the python command. Might use a script to bypass this though. Working on it!
Done! Issue is fixed! There are now new singleplayer.bat and multiplayer.bat and their respective .sh files that get executed instead! Commit will be coming soon... With full Windows support!
