generalize access to wingo config

Sorry if this is already trivial, but I was writing some code for a run dialog based on the prompt dialog from wingo (it doesn't like massive lists) and also wanted easy access to theme info from the current wingo session. Any thoughts? I have a few random ones but would rather hear your opinion first. Thanks for your consideration
