refactor/rename leads to positions

pages and paths call them leads
data table calls it positions
IRL Burning flipside called them leads, lead roles, or lead positions
i think it would be most semantically appropriate to call them positions
this makes it a little more generic and flexible
closing as old, stale, possible no longer relevant
