Special Fee Contract

The SFC (Special Fee Contract) maintains a group of validators and their delegations.

It distributes the rewards, based on internal transaction created by the Opera node.

Compile

1. Install nodejs 10.5.0
2. npm install -g truffle@v5.1.4 # install truffle v5.1.4
3. npm update
4. truffle build

Compile in docker

1. make
