Manage Colors toggle

I would be really happy if I could force the Manage Colors settings to apply only to Mozilla pages that don't obey any color requests. I suspect that might be a pain to work out, or not even possible. As a (possibly?) simpler option, if we could add a button to the toolbar that allows us to toggle Manage Colors between the three options, that would be great. It can be done in the menu, of course, but it's a pain when you're trying to turn it on and off quickly for the websites that need it. Thanks.
