Website compatibility with banking site.

What happened?
When I try to log in to the website, "https://www.fcbanking.com", I can enter my credentials but then the site returns a vague error message stating something has gone wrong. I'm able to log in using Firefox, Edge and Chrome. I suspect it has something to do with the user agent string not being allowed due to the bank's security policy.
Reproducible?
- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
