Walking through what's changed in Rails 4.2.

Now that the Rails 4.2 beta is out I think it'd be nice to walk through the practical benefits for everyday rails developers. I can keep this to < 10 minutes.

Hey everyone. When I first proposed this talk the Rails 4.2 beta had just come out and I was in the mood to give the talk. Since then people like Leonard Garvey have written a good blog post on the most important changes in Rails 4.2. I encourage you all to read that instead. Thanks!
