We've found Intercom to be a huge win in being more in touch with new and existing customers. Would be happy to give a talk about it if others are interested.
👍 We have been using it at TheLocker - very happy with it.
+1 We're considering it at our workplace. Would be great to hear experiences from others :)
+1 Yeah we are using it at theLocker. I'm happy to have a chat to see if we could help with a few slides. We're starting to use a lot of custom fields and drip auto emails, ping me on Skype Alex if you do the talk.

Have thought about this a bit more - I think Intercom is perhaps too narrow a topic. But we have been doing a lot of work around communicating with customers effectively - of which Intercom is a decent part - so I think I will talk about that whole process.

That is theLocker, it is an American startup that is focusing on Lacrosse to start.
