Hidden Components showing up in d2l-overflow-group

The d2l-overflow-group component includes options for components that are hidden (i.e. have the hidden attribute).
This isn't a high priority since conditionally rendering (if using Lit) solves this issue.
That being said, it might be a good idea to add a comment to the daylight page that mentions that this, so that others are aware.
On another note, there's also a visual glitch when using this component, for a very short amount of time when shrinking the demo, you can see the More Actions component on beneath everything.
