Make Flame Touch compatible with Fortune

Hey,
This is not really a bug but more of a feature.It would be nice if the Flame Touch enchant could be compatible with Fortune so you get more drops from the blocks(if they are ore) cause it's pretty useless now since you have all these mods that can double-triple ore output.
If you want to add this, I can easily code it cause I already did something similar for my mod,
Make sure to use the labeling feature for denoting suggestions/questions as such. Thanks!
