Unknown issue

Hello,
I have made this modification last year, after some issues, everything worked more or less fine during last summer season.
Unfortunately this year BMS stoped to work (I don't kow why, but stopped to see one battery cell), I bought a new BMS, I changed also battery to higher capacity. I made everything the same as a last time (at least I think so), BotoX BMS firmware was uploaded without any issue, but when I turn on my scooter I have constant beeping, based on fault code it is "Battery communication error"
In the same time, when I connect DownG app to the scooter I can see all battery info, as below and scooter is starting, but max speed is 10km/h. ScooterHacking Utility app is shawing also some issue with BMS - screenshot also is below.
I tried to get some info by "debug_print()" command, but only reply which I have is "b'55aa0322fa0500dbfe' " (I tried it 50 times).
I uploaded firmware few times and tried to use few scooter firmware settings, but still the same...
I stucked and have no clue what else can I do. Maybe you can give me some advice?...
