Good afternoon!

I moved to Linux ( Manjaro ) a few weeks ago and was looking for a program which would replace my beloved Freepdf ( old version ).
Now I have found Boomaga ( strange name ) and I am almost satisfied.

Even if it is only once a getting used to, it does nevertheless nearly everything what one wishes.

However, I would still have a few suggestions:

  1. you should be able to sort the print jobs afterwards. Then you don't have to start all over again just because the order is wrong.

  2. the ink printer does not access the printer profile, which is responsible for all other applications There would be more setting possibilities. But this function is actually superfluous because for a separate printer (ink or laser) there is normally a separate driver.

  3. think about whether you want to make it available for Windows as well. There is no simple open source PDF program since Freepdf was discontinued. It would be one point less why you should not switch to Linux.

  4. the name of the first print job should be suggested for the file name.

Here is an example for number 4:
I want to buy something on Ebay and make a print of the product page and all pages that are still following, also of the mails and the Paypal transfers. I then print this into a PDF file and save it.

This procedure has already helped me many times when there were problems.

Now Freepdf took over the name of the first document. e.g. 2m audio cable 3.5 mm jack to 2x cinch RCA Chinch to AUX jack plug Jack_Ebay. Then you had almost everything you needed to identify the order in the title. D
he title could of course also be changed. As I found this very useful, I would like to propose it as an improvement. It also reduces the risk of accidentally overwriting a file, because the name is (usually) different every time, which is not the case with a default name.
