Failure to duplex under Linux MInt 20

I use Boomaga to print through a Canon Pixma and HP Laserjet on my desktop running LM 19.3 both whole page and booklet. I have LM 20.2 on my ThinkPad and I can duplex directly on both printers but working through Boomage demands manual turning of the page whether whole page or booklet. Any suggestions as to how this can be corrected would be appreciated as I wish to upgrade my desktop to LM20 as well but need to be able to print booklets if nothing else.
