Add sensors showing how well you brushed

As discussed on the Home Assistant Community forum back in June, it would be great if this integration could also have some sensors showing the brushing result.
Here's an example of the detailed brushing results available in the Home Assistant App (even showing which areas if which teeth were not brushed enough for example), but also a simple score of 80% coverage:
