VertexModifier and EdgeModifier classes from compas

Latest version of compas removed VertexModifier and EdgeModifier. We should update ags accordingly.
"However, I could not test it because I think there's an issue with the compas version related to VertexModifier and EdgeModifier classes that I could not solve. I think we better check with @brgcode and update compas_ags accordingly."
