mesa 13.02 have problem on bay trail，you can contact maurossi for the detail ，https://github.com/maurossi/mesa
My early tests with mesa 13.10 were very problematic, this is why I decided to go with stability over compatibility leading up to a release. After initial release though, I will explore the option further.
