Use tabs

Spaces are evil and anti-accessibility.
An .editorconfig would be nice too.
I usually allow all .json files to use 2 spaces because that's how NPM handles package.json.
But all php, js, and scss files should use tabs, no exceptions.
I'm an ass, all of the files that should be using tabs already are.
