Unable to add contacts to group "Error adding contact, please try again later"

When creating a group chat, there is an error message when attempting to add the contact. "Please try again later" is rather peculiar as well, which implies that doing the exact same thing later would yield a different result. But it is not clear if this is due to the feature being incomplete and due to be released later or not.
Additionally, no matter what I type in the box, nothing happens after pressing "Done".
Acceptance criteria
I see some indicators that this issue requires a deeper solution than just making the error message not appear. See below.
- It should be clear to the user as far as what "New Contact from Clipboard" requires. I believe this is the public key. Confirm that the public key is what goes here from the clipboard, and then add clarification for this, so the user knows exactly what the clipboard should have and how to get it.
- Ensure that the user understands what the textbox is accepting as far as text goes. This may need to be handled in a separate ticket.
Additional information: This is the only screen which I see the concept of contacts. Where do I manage my contacts? It's not clear in general how a chat group is created, or what a contact is. This additional part can be taken care of in a separate ticket
