Insufficient funds error despite available balance is greater than transaction cost

Feature / Issue
The solution implemented for issue (Decimal missing from keypad, cannot send fractions of an ether or xpat #470) is not working correctly.
The decimal appears on the screen, but is not used in the calculation for the transaction.

@mlarkento Thanks for reporting. As it shows on confirm transaction screenshot you provided (specifically Amount row), the app tries to send exactly the sum that you entered (0.0002 ETH). However, the issue is still there and it's about impossibility to send funds even though expected transaction cost lesser than available balance. So, I'll rename the issue.
