AttributeError: property 'value' of '_ValuedAttribute' object has no setter

Hello,
I generated GIT PUBLIC TOKEN and copied it to its desired location. But I am encountering "AttributeError: property 'value' of '_ValuedAttribute' object has no setter" Error again and again.
Please help me troubleshooting this issue.
