yarn 执行时或打开编译好的软件时会提示: unable to verify the first certificate

yarn无法安装,报错信息如下：
已经排除了config中'strict-ssl': false的问题，而且yarn执行其他项目时没有此问题

启动软件时会报错：
检查更新失败：
Error: Error invoking remote method 'got': unable to verify the first certificate
也不是梯子原因，挂了梯子了
