EU Data preparation has a bug

As spotted by @Amit1979-UniBonn, Yield, area and production have the same value. Fix the preparation notebook.
I have sent you the notebook with corrections. You may include it as preparation notebook.
Uploaded working notebook for EU data preparation.

Actually uploaded the same notebook which I sent you earlier via email, and
perhaps I forgot to commit it in haste. But anyway, I could see that the
bug has been resolved. Meanwhile, I will keep working on the limitation and
outlook section. You may have already seen that.
