Firefox 下评论功能异常

浏览器版本：Firefox 115

观察到 Firefox 下评论时无法正常发送请求，可在 F12 观察到请求报错 NS_BINDING_ABORTED ，并返回 500 错误：

必须填写用户名
必须填写电子邮箱地址
必须填写评论内容
