Zoning Districts and Use Groups for NYC Licenses obtained from ZOLA

It would be useful to include the Zoning District of licenses as identified in ZOLA and ultimately the related Use Group. Certain activities such as dancing are only permitted in certain Zoning Districts and the applicable Use Group. It would seem to me that using the geolocation of a license, the first enhancement would be to pull the Zoning District from Zola to include in SLAM. After that, a lookup table could be used to assign the Use Group related to the Zoning District.

This information is needed for the Department of City Planning to understand the current rezoning project to expand the areas where dancing would be allowed.
