Bing Maps Depth Slider

As of right now you can only zoom by clicking in. Can we add a +/- or depth slider?
We could potentially use MapBox instead of Bing Maps. Working on looking up best map plugins
Mapbox works great! Also fixes issues with not all of the data showing up and other consistency issues. This is the move.
