Make the diff rows more obvious

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment, when the diff option is used, it's not obvious that row 2, 3, ... are deltas/changes from the first one if the results are positive (e.g. 7%).
Describe the solution you'd like
Prepend positive results with a + to make that clearer.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Add an extra column/field which states which rows are diffs.
