Please describe the problem you are trying to solve.
It can be quite tricky to know which rows reflect what commit/branch/page without having to manually add annotations/data to the result.

Please describe the desired behaviour.
Add a -n, --name [name] flag which takes a string list and use the that as the leading column in the CSV/MD/HTML outputs which would be a name field in the Result objects.
