Border addon doesn't work on 1.16.4

Description
Describe the bug
Border addon for Bentobox 1.16.4 doesn't display border. Upon entering /player_command border it first says "Border disabled" and then everytime keeps saying "Border enabled"
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Install border addon and worldborderplugin
Go to your island and cross the border
Expected behavior
Border should be shown

I think it's outdated.
Version 2.0.0 doesn't use worldborderplugin. It puts barrier blocks instead and particles that appear when you get close to it.
If you want to use worldborderplugin then install the earlier version that used it (look in the releases section).
