Create progress bar for fundraisers

Now that Twitch has a fundraiser feature built in, I'm hoping they'll eventually expose it via API. It'd be great if we could get easy-to-use progress bars.
This would be really neat, and I think a pretty natural extension of the showmy.chat project!
The feasibility of this will depend a lot on when this gets added to the API, and if it's locked behind authentication.
