Express Setup

Express Setup is basically the concept of speeding everything up before the downloading in the pre-install. Realistically, people who use Patched Sur don't need much customization, so prompting for more than necessary isn't necessary (but it'll still be offered if needed).
And I'm done. (This was really just moving stuff around, I don't know why I considered it a major feature.)
