How to add codecs like H263, MPEG-4 in current version of linphone sdk (iOS)

Is there any process to add codecs in the current version of linphone-sdk. The codec I want to add is H263 and MPEG-4. Where to find the these codec source code?. Does the prepare.py file automatically generate the codecs or how to generate the codecs?
I am also not able to run prepare.py file in current version of linphone-iphone code.

Can anybody tell me what is the purpose of prepare.py in current version of linphone-iphone code? How can we create linphone-sdk using it?
