Trying to save status on watching osmething

Describe the bug
When i click on "Edit" on some anime page, i select everything and then this windows apears.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Random anime page
2. Click on Change button
   3.Then it will popup

Expected behavior
I expected to save that data, but that's not happening

Are you using both Simkl and AniList?

Which is set as the main list plugin in the settings?
