Boxing gloves don't grant boxing martial arts

The way boxing gloves work is by granting boxing martial arts so it replaces normal damage with stamina. It for some reason doesn't do that right now.

You're thinking of the wrestling champion belt (stored in the vault fridge). Boxing gloves only give you martial arts on Goonstation (unless it was updated on tg more recently?)
It seems I was mistaken, though the code we have is the same as on upstream, so I don't know what the actual issue is either.
