@Becksteinlab/gromacswrapper : The 0.6.0 release contains a number of annoying little bugs and I want to push out a bug fix release in the next few days, probably end of the week or even earlier if there are no screams of "this has to go in".
If there's anything that you think needs to be fixed right away (no new features or API breaks) then comment on this issue and mark issues/PRs with the 0.6.1 bugfixes milestone.
I'll package the 0.6.1 release tomorrow (Friday).
I found 0.6.0 had lots of little issues in the un-tested code (gromacs.setup, gromacs.cbook, all pretty fragile), especially when running with Gromacs 5. After a bit of using it I think I caught most of the obvious issues (in particular the stupid -doc argument bug) so 0.6.1 should be broadly usable.
release 0.6.1 is out
